A Personal Chef Service for the Mid-coast region of Maine

Prior to providing personally tailored personal chef services for families in Maine.

All of my adult life and part of my adolescence had been spent working in sweltering kitchens and busy restaurants.

I began by washing dishes and "prepping" in fast food and family style restaurants, soon I was in charge of those kitchens.

To further my career  I enrolled at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and attained my degree in the culinary arts in April '84.

Since then my experiences have been exciting and varied. I have commuted to work by cable car in San Francisco, and by gondola to a mountaintop lodge in Colorado.

I've been chef of Italian, Scandinavian, Mexican, continental, and seafood restaurants and also worked at a convention center seating 3000, a dude ranch with cook-outs and rodeos and a corporate retreat where clients paid over $1000 per person a day to enjoy the finest of meals in a rustic environment

In all of these settings I was able to leave with a little more knowledge than I arrived with and contribute some of what I knew when I left.

Why would I want to be your personal chef?

My friends and relatives have encouraged me for years to open my own restaurant, but no restaurant can allow me to reach out to all of my patrons on a "one-to-one" basis and indulge my life long- passion for cooking like being a personal chef can.
These qualities allow me to satisfy the most discriminating tastes and allow you more time for life's adventures.
